    • Make the Batter and Bake. It is best to do this part the day before, top the cakes, wrap it in plastic and refrigerate overnight until decorating the next day.

    • Use a hand or stand mixer to make it easier!

    Cut, Stack and Fill the Cakes

    • Finish with a crumb coat of icing
